2010 - The Year Ahead

going into 2010 XGL has been going strong on the clan scene for 8 years and have seen many clan members come and go who have helped get the clan to be recognised to the level of what it is today,featuring in many magazines and online communities XGL has been there on the casual clan scene for many years and have been recognised for the clans efforts. Throughout the clans lifespan we have been known to be a fun yet competitive clan and our record from past clan matches shows that we have had strong teams throughout any game that we support in clan matches and still to this day we have strong teams to keep the winning mentality going in the clan we have also moved onto a more mature level with restricting under 18's from trialing with us. we have had a rough patch in 2009 with many members leaving the clan and we have managed to rebuild the clan to have a strong team everytime this is all behind us and we move on to bigger and better things we no longer accept past members back into the clan as we feel fresh new members is the best way to go and to help forge the clan to be the best it can be.

In 2010 XGL will be competeing regular on www.gamebattles.com on Call of Duty: MW2, Gears of War and Gears of War 2, ranking up isnt a priority but itll allow us to practice regular as a team with many members so that we can gel and be a big force for any game. We will also be competing in a Regular MW2 Clan League over at WGL and also we will have our own Curbstomp clan Gaming League to compete in weekly fixtures on Gears of War 2 over at www.xglclan.co.uk/league and finally we have started competing on gears of war again so we will be looking to scrim regular on the game over at www.eurolivegaming.co.uk

also in 2010 we will be competing more on FIFA 10 and Forza 3 to play in clan matches whether we play them regulary though will be down to our new game leaders for the games, XGL has always been a multi game clan and we still try to compete on various games.

1st of January 2010 will bring us a newly designed Forum skin customised by Ts Frostz and bits by myself as we do look to freshen things up in all aspects of the clan on a yearly basis, lets make 2010 a good year for XGL and we look forward to competing again in clan matches after January 3rd see you all for practice soon and enjoy the new year.

we win alot of clan matches so you should get used to things here any tactic knowledge is a bonus always good for the practice sessions.

The new Forum theme and splash page are ready to use it should change normally as its set to default for the forum skin enjoy, if you find any errors or images missing or if an image could be better then let us know.

Well i've not been here long but i hope this year is a very good one for every member of the clan.
Hope to be playing a few matches with you guys in the future. Oh and btw, Loving the new theme
